You have the right to return the products you bought, without having to tell us the reason why you want them back, under the following terms and conditions:

– The return must be made no later than 14 days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you are only charged the direct cost of returning the products. You do not incur a refund in all cases where there is a defect in the product or it lacks an agreed quality and provided that (a) it is not provided otherwise than by the manufacturer or importer and the product is under warranty, in which case the terms of the warranty or (b) if there is no warranty under (a) the legal limitation of the buyer’s rights has not occurred or (c) if there is no warranty under (a) and the defect or missing quality is not significant .

You have the right to return the products you bought and request the payment of the price you paid us: a) in all cases in which there was a defect in the product or its agreed quality is missing and provided that (a) it is not provided otherwise than warranty of the manufacturer or importer and the product is under warranty, in which case the terms of the warranty apply; or warranty on (a) and the defect or missing quality is not significant and b) within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the product.

-Returns are accepted provided that you contacted us the same day or the next business day from the day you received the products.

– Each returned product must be in the same condition in which you received it, ie without its packaging being unsealed or tampered with, or having been used in part or in full, just before it was sold, in its full original packaging ( box, nylon, foam etc) and with all the contents of the original packaging.

In order for the return to be accepted, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be displayed or notified by the natural person or company who originally purchased the product and whose details are recorded on the purchase document.

-If the conditions are met and the return of the product is accepted, the consumer is entitled to either receive a credit note of equal value for the purchase of another product / products, or a refund in cash. The refund of the consumer’s money will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date we receive the product.

-In case of special order by the customer, returns are not accepted.

-Returns are not accepted in any case, when the ordered products were made to order and to the preference and choice of the customer and do not contain a defect or error. Any mistake that occurs after the final approval of the customer, is solely his responsibility and therefore no return can be made.

– mototrade.gr takes care of the quality control and the correct shipment of a product. However, we can not guarantee the absolute absence of any defect. To avoid your own and our own inconvenience and damage, it is good to carefully check, when delivering your order, the condition, correctness and quantity of products sold, in order to identify any obvious defects or omissions (e.g. broken goods, any quantitative deficit or surplus or a different product from the one ordered, etc.). In case it is not possible to replace the defective product due to availability, then our company will return its monetary value to the customer. In case of a certified fault of our own fault, mototrade.gr takes care of the most immediate restoration possible without any financial burden on the customer.
